Redemption Terms & Conditions:
1) This promotion is open to Singaporeans only, who are holding a Singapore passport.
2) A minimum of 2 Singaporeans in a single return flight itinerary is required to redeem the complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher. A complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher will be issued for every 2 Singaporeans booked in a single itinerary. A non-Singaporean will not count towards the minimum number of passengers required in this promotion.
3) A minimum stay of 24 hours in Thailand as shown in the itinerary is required to redeem the complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher.
4) All redemptions are only applicable for return (two-way) bookings made from 26 June to 30 September 2019 as shown in the flight itinerary issued date, for travel made to Thailand gateways departing from Singapore and arriving into Thailand between 1 July to 30 September 2019. E-ticket/s must be issued (“confirmed” status) between 26 June to 30 September 2019 to qualify for the redemption.
5) The complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher will be issued according the redeemed flight itinerary. The gateways are Phuket, Krabi, Hat Yai, Koh Samui, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Don Mueang, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai International Airports. Redemptions must be made at our office before your travel dates.

6) Multiple redemptions are allowed if multiple trips are booked during the promotion period. However, each booking is entitled to one redemption only. This promotion is only open to independent travellers and not valid for any group tours or package tours.
7) Proof of Singapore citizenship by NRIC or Passport of each member of the group is required for visual verification by TAT Singapore Office for redemption. A hardcopy printout of the flight itinerary is required for redemption and will be retained by TAT Singapore Office. Redemptions need to be made in person by one member of the travelling group.
8) Redemption venue is at Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office located inside the Royal Thai Embassy, 372 Orchard Road, Singapore 238870 (entrance via Claymore Road) from 28 June to 30 September 2019 on weekdays only (excluding Singapore and Thai public holidays), between 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. 9) The complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher must be booked and used by 30 September 2019 together with the trip itinerary declared during redemption. The complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher and use of airport transfer service will automatically expire after this date and no extensions will be entertained.
10) Redemptions are on a first-come-first-serve basis, whilst stocks last. A total of 800 vouchers are available.
11) TAT Singapore Office reserves the right to terminate the promotion early should there be no more stock of complimentary one-way airport transfer vouchers.
12) All decisions made by TAT Singapore Office are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
13) The terms and conditions of KLOOK and relevant airport transfer operator(s) will also apply during redemption of the complimentary one-way airport transfer voucher and use of the complimentary one-way airport transfer. TAT Singapore Office will not be responsible for the services of KLOOK and relevant airport transfer operator(s).
