Urban Playground is a high-quality indoor climbing facility that was built to make the sport more accessible in the city.

It’s a rock climber’s playground that covers 7,000 square feet of high-quality climbing space including a bouldering wall, bouldering cave as well as a 12-meter top-rope climbing and lead climbing.

Before starting a session, everyone needs to sign a waiver. For beginner climbers, they recommend taking the 1-hour introduction to climbing class. This covers everything you need to know about climbing, including safety precautions, equipment and climbing techniques.

Built by the Thai Army, Club 11 Bike Club situated in the Northern Bang Khen district offers bikers a slice of biking fun in the mountain.

It’s a 3-km cross-country trail that offers an exciting course with different obstacles including logs, jumps, steep ascends and other challenges to keep you engaged throughout the course.

You can get here by riding a bike or driving – either way, expect some fun in the wilderness which is made more interesting with the sounds of gunfire and marching soldiers inside the track.

After your session, you can stop by at the club building to freshen up and have some snacks at the canteen before going to your next destination.

With the sport’s long history in the country, it’s not really something new for the locals. But thanks to famous movies and TV series, it’s been brewing interest to get people to try testing their skills at shooting arrows using a bow.

Archery Thai is a private archery range in Bangkok located just 15 minutes from the MRT Thailand Cultural Center. It has 14 targets all in a 30-meter range, just perfect for archers of all ages.

Our last featured activity is probably the most extreme in our list!

Formerly known as Siam Ocean World, Sea Life Bangkok located beneath Siam Paragon is a 10,000 square meter aquarium that houses thousands of marine creatures from hundreds of species worldwide.

Here, you can get up close and personal with beautiful marine creatures when you delve deep in the underwater world and come face-to-face with leopard sharks, sand tiger sharks, round ribbontail rays and many other exotic species.

Although experienced trainers will be with you, guests need to have a reasonable degree of swimming ability to participate in this activity. It is also advisable not to drink alcohol the night before your dive and avoid flying in an aircraft within 12 hours after your dive.
