Redemption Terms & Conditions:
1) This promotion is open to Singaporeans only, who are holding a Singapore passport.
2) One $10 Cold Storage voucher will be issued for every adult or child Singaporean booked in a single itinerary. A non-Singaporean will not be eligible for this promotion. Infants will not be eligible for this promotion.
3) A minimum stay of 24 hours in Thailand as shown in the itinerary is required to redeem the complimentary $10 Cold Storage voucher.
4) All redemptions are only applicable for return (two-way) flight bookings made from 8 November – 30 December 2019 as shown in the flight itinerary issued date, for travel made to Thailand departing from Singapore and arriving into Thailand between 8 November – 31 December 2019. E-ticket/s must be issued (“confirmed” status) between 8 November – 30 December 2019 to qualify for the redemption.
5) Redemption of the $10 Cold Storage voucher must be made before departing for Thailand.
6) Multiple redemptions are allowed if multiple trips are booked during the promotion period. However, each booking is entitled to one redemption only.
7) This promotion is only open to free independent travelers (FITs) and not valid for any group tours or package tours.
8) Proof of Singapore citizenship by NRIC or Passport or Birth Certificate of each Singaporean is required for visual verification by TAT Singapore Office for redemption.
9) A hardcopy printout of the flight itinerary is required for redemption and will be retained by TAT Singapore Office. Redemptions need to be made in person by one member of the traveling group.
10) Redemption venue is at Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office located inside the Royal Thai Embassy, 372 Orchard Road, Singapore 238870 (entrance via Claymore Road) from 8 November – 30 December 2019 on weekdays only (excluding Singapore and Thai public holidays), between 9.30 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm. 11) Redemptions are on a first-come-first-serve basis, whilst stocks last. A total of 550 vouchers are available.
12) TAT Singapore Office reserves the right to terminate the promotion early should there be no more stock of complimentary $10 Cold Storage voucher.
13) All decisions made by TAT Singapore Office are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
14) The terms and conditions of the complimentary $10 Cold Storage vouchers under Dairy Farm International Holdings applies. TAT Singapore Office will not be responsible for the services of Dairy Farm International Holdings once the complimentary $10 Cold Storage voucher has been redeemed from TAT Singapore Office.
