Redemption Terms & Conditions:
1. This promotion is open to Singaporeans only. Show of proof as Singaporeans is required for the redemption for all passengers. (Passport or IC copy).
2. Redemptions are only applicable for bookings made between 1st August and 30th November 2018.
3. Redemptions are only applicable for arrival into Thailand between 1st August and 30th November 2018. Redemption after the arrival date into Thailand is not allowed.
4. Travel by Flight – A printed copy of the E-ticket/s showing the date of issue is required for the redemption. (TAT will keep the hardcopy of the E-ticket.) E-ticket/s must be issued (“confirmed” status) for arrival/travel between 1st August and 30th November 2018 to qualify for the redemption. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required for each redemption for air and land arrivals.
5. Travel by Land & Sea – Travel to Thailand via Land and Sea are also eligible for the redemption. Adequate documents are required to proof that the booking period and arrival period into Thailand are within conditions 2 and 3 above.
6. Traveller who fulfils the above conditions is entitled to redeem THB 500 cash Shopping Vouchers per person adult or child (2 to 11 yrs). Infant is not applicable for redemption.
7. Bonus for 4-TO-GO: Bookings with a minimum of 4 persons in a single booking receipt will be entitled to additional THB 500 cash Shopping Vouchers per person adult or child. (Total of THB 1,000 per person).
8. Redemption of the Shopping Vouchers is based on one set per person for each booking regardless of trip duration.
9. The validity of the Shopping Vouchers is from 1st August to 31st December 2018 only.
10. Redemption venue is at Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office located inside Royal Thai Embassy, 372 Orchard Road, Singapore 238870 (entrance via Claymore Road). Redemption period is between 1st August to 30th November 2018 on weekdays only, between 9.15am to 11.45am and 2.00pm to 5pm.
11. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis, whilst stocks last. No reservation is allowed. Kindly call us at Tel. 6235 7901 to check on the redemption availability before visiting us.
12. This promotion/redemption is for individual bookings only and it is not applicable for group bookings such as meeting group, corporate/company group, incentive group, MICE related groups etc. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
13. TAT Singapore office reserves the right to substitute the shopping vouchers with items of the same value with or without prior notice.
14. Decisions made by TAT Singapore office are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
