Terms & Conditions:
- The TAT Philippines Let’s Relax Redemption by the Tourism Authority of Thailand Singapore Office (“TAT Singapore Office”) is open to all residents of the Philippines 18 years old and above departing from the Philippines to Thailand on a return (two-way) trip.
- Passengers must be arriving in Thailand from 21 February 2022 to 30 June 2022 (date of arrival), both dates inclusive.
- Passengers must provide TAT Singapore Office the flight booking document and approved Thailand Pass in the redemption Google Forms.
- Submissions shall not include any commercial representation or advertising, offensive elements, inappropriate elements, obscene elements, or any illegal activities deemed in the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of the Philippines, and the Republic of Singapore.
- Each passenger on each trip will be entitled to one submission. Any duplicate or multiple submission for the same trip will be disqualified.
- Incomplete or errors in submissions ( Exp: Name in form does not tally with documents, Incorrect booking reference, incomplete round-trip e-ticket ) will be rejected. Appeals or resubmission will not be entertained.
- 250 Let’s Relax vouchers (“voucher”) are available for redemption on a first-come-first-served basis.
- The redemption promotion will end upon completion of redemption of 500 Let’s Relax vouchers or after 30 June 2022, whichever is earlier.
- We regret that no treatment can be provided at any Let’s Relax branch without producing a soft or hard copy of the voucher for scanning at the branch.
- The voucher is valid for use at all Let’s Relax Spa branches in Thailand. For branch locations and telephone contact numbers, please visit https://letsrelaxspa.com/locations/
- The voucher is valid for one Thai Massage (120 mins) per person only.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The voucher is valid till 30 June 2023.
- Advance booking is recommended for your convenience by email (for all branches) to [email protected] or by telephone call to the respective branches.
- The terms and conditions of Let’s Relax Spa will also apply.
- No refunds or replacements will be allowed for the unutilized voucher, and there will be no cash replacement or exchange as the award.
- Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office and Let’s Relax Spa reserves the right to change the terms & conditions during the promotion period where reasonable.
- Decisions made by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office and Let’s Relax Spa are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
