Terms & Conditions:

1. The TAT Singapore Let’s Relax Redemption by the Tourism Authority of Thailand Singapore Office (“TAT Singapore Office”) is open to all residents of Singapore 18 years old and above departing from Singapore to Thailand on a return (two-way) trip.
2. Travellers must be arriving in Thailand from 21 February to 30 June 2022 (date of arrival), both dates inclusive.
3. Travellers must submit to TAT Singapore Office the following 2 documents in the redemption Google Form. i) Flight E-Ticket Booking Receipt ii) Approved Thailand Pass
4. Submissions shall not include any commercial representation or advertising, offensive elements, inappropriate elements, obscene elements, or any illegal activities deemed in the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Singapore.
5. Each traveller on each trip will be entitled to one submission. Any duplicate or multiple submissions for the same trip will be ineligible for the redemption.
6. Incomplete or errors in submissions ( Exp: Name in form does not tally with documents, Incorrect booking reference, incomplete round-trip e-ticket ) will be rejected. Appeals or resubmission will not be entertained.
7. 250 Let’s Relax vouchers (“voucher”) are available for redemption on a first-come-first-served basis.
8. Redemption will end upon full redemption of the 250 vouchers or by 30 June 2022 3.00pm Singapore time, whichever is earlier.
9. We regret that no treatment can be provided at any Let’s Relax branch without producing a soft or hard copy of the voucher for scanning at the branch.
10. The voucher is valid for use at all Let’s Relax branches in Thailand. For branch locations and telephone contact numbers, please visit https://letsrelaxspa.com/locations/
11. The voucher is valid for one Thai Massage (120 mins) per person only.
12. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
13. The voucher is valid till 30 June 2023.
14. Advance booking is recommended for your convenience by email (for all branches) to [email protected] or by telephone call to the respective branches.
15. The terms and conditions of Let’s Relax will also apply.
16. No refunds or replacements will be allowed for the unutilized voucher, and there will be no cash replacement or exchange as the award.
17. Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office and Let’s Relax reserve the right to change the terms & conditions during the promotion period where reasonable.
18. Decisions made by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office and Let’s Relax are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
