Central World is a well-known venue for Countdown celebrations. Located at the Ratchaprasong intersection, it has been holding one of the largest New Year’s Eve parties in town, with spectacular fireworks and music as highlights. For the year-end festivities this year, Central World has put up a gigantic Christmas tree that is more than 40m tall (touted as the tallest in Southeast Asia) among the vibrant and adorable decorations featuring characters from Line friends.
King Power Mahanakhon
King Power Mahanakhon proudly houses the highest observation deck in Thailand, standing 314 meters (78 floors) above ground level. Offering a 360-degree panoramic view of Bangkok, it is definitely a great spot to watch the amazing fireworks from all around the iconic building against the magnificent city skyline.
