Terms & Conditions:
1. The TAT Singapore November Facebook Comment Contest 1 is open to Singapore-based Facebook users who have liked and followed Tourism Authority of Thailand – Singapore Branch Office (@tat.sg) on Facebook.
2. Users will have to comment “I LOVE THAILAND!” in the comment section of the contest post. Variations to “I LOVE THAILAND!” are acceptable, but the user should not include any other information in the comment.
3. Entries shall not include any commercial representation or advertising, offensive elements, inappropriate elements, obscene elements, or any illegal activities deemed in the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Singapore.
4. Each Facebook account will be entitled to one submission. Duplicate submissions will result in disqualification. Multiple submissions from the same Facebook user, including creation of duplicate Facebook accounts by the same user, will result in disqualification.
5. The last day to submit the comment will be on 23 November 2020, 11.59pm, GMT+8 Singapore Time.
6. Five (5) winners commenting the correct answer will be drawn at random by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office at the end of the contest period to win one (1) Naraya pouch each (the “Prize”).
7. In the event that the original prize is not available, TAT reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value.
8. The prize will be sent to the user’s given address by Singapore Post Basic Package by default. TAT is not responsible for lost mail once the prize has been mailed out. Registered Service will not be provided.
9. The prize may also alternatively be collected at TAT Singapore Office at Royal Thai Embassy 372 Orchard Road Singapore 238870 on weekdays between 9.15am to 12.00pm, and 2.00pm to 5.00pm, on an appointment basis only.
10. Failure to inform TAT Singapore Office of an acceptance three (3) days after the winner announcement and contact shall constitute a rejection by the Winner and TAT Singapore Office reserves the right to award the prize to the next drawn winner.
11. No refunds or replacements will be allowed for the unutilized prize, and there will be no cash replacement or exchange as the award.
12. Decisions made by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
