Tourism Authority of Thailand, Singapore office will recruit a candidate for a position of Secretary

1.  Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Office Administration:

• Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently and in compliance to company policies.

• Assist in full office administrative functions and coordination with headquarter including     vendors and suppliers.

• Manage general correspondences (e-mail, letters, memo etc.).

• Support office management and assist team whenever necessary.

   Secretarial Support

• Provide secretarial support to Director and Deputy Director

• Draft letters & memos to headquarter, domestic offices and third parties

2. Requirements

  •  Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residence only
  •  Bachelor degree and above
  • Ability to multi- task and is a resourceful team-player
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills in both Thai and English language
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage busy schedules and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint                                                              
  • Applicants should possess a strong interest and good knowledge of Thailand
